I come to CrossRoads Counseling with a background in global & local work in missions and the church. Through these experiences, I have seen the resilience and strength of those who are suffering, and the capacity for hope and healing even in the midst of great distress and loss. I’ve seen the incredible beauty of love, belonging and relationship as an anchor for our life stories.

It is my calling to walk with you to process what’s going on in your life. I have experience working with trauma & crisis, life transitions, marriage struggles, abuse, addiction, depression, bipolar and anxiety.  I have experienced many cross-cultural transitions and can help those navigating the stresses of adjusting to working and living new contexts. Whatever your story, I look forward to working collaboratively toward greater hope, healing and wholeness as we explore the narrative of your life.
