I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in international and nonprofit work, and I’ve been practicing clinically since 2018. I’m passionate about hearing your story and working collaboratively to understand how your experiences shape your life and relationships. My approach emphasizes building practical tools and nervous system awareness to help you manage symptoms, navigate stress, and reconnect with a sense of hope and purpose.
My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, attachment theory, EMDR, and somatic approaches. Above all, I aim to create a safe and compassionate space rooted in attunement and empathy—where healing and deeper integration can take place.
Outside the counseling room, I’m married to Kyle, a hospice chaplain and bereavement care provider. We have three wonderful kids who keep life lively and joyful. When I’m not working or chauffeuring to various activities, I love growing flowers, making art, reading, cooking, and sharing time with friends.
