Audrey Schaulat, M.Ed, PLPC, is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with the state of Missouri. She received her Master’s Degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University in 2019. Before coming to CrossRoads, Audrey worked at an addiction recovery center in Nashville Tennessee, assisting with DBT skills groups, art group, family therapy, and equine experiential therapy across all levels of care.
As a former equestrian, Audrey enjoys riding horses, hiking, and doing anything outdoors – even camping! She is an avid Fall lover, and it is her favorite season by far. Audrey’s favorite St. Louis staples are Imo’s Pizza and the meatball sub at Amighetti’s on The Hill.
Audrey currently sees children, adolescents, and adults experiencing difficult life transitions, eating disorders, addiction, relational issues, and personality disorders. Audrey’s therapeutic style is grounded in a person-centered approach combined with CBT, DBT, and various creative arts modalities.
