What forms of payment does CrossRoads accept? 

CrossRoads accepts:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept most credit and debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards.
  • Checks: Please make checks payable to “CrossRoads Counseling Centers.”
  • Cash: Please note that we cannot make change. Any overpayment will be saved as a credit on your account. 

CrossRoads does not accept American Express.

 

How do I make a payment? 

Payments are due at time of service. Your counselor will be glad to run your card for you while you are in the office, or accept your cash or check payment. 

Checks can also be mailed to our Main Office at 1000 Executive Parkway Drive, Suite 106, St. Louis, MO 63141. 

You can also make payments online using the button below. Please include the name of the client being paid for, along with the name of the counselor, in the field marked “Additional Information.”

How do I add or update my payment card on file? 

If you need to add a new payment card in our system, you can do so securely using the button below.

Store a New Payment Card

If you would like to remove a card that you currently have on file, please email our Billing Department at billing@stl-ccc.org with the last 4 digits of the card that you would like to have removed.
