Rodney Moody, MDiv, MAC, PLPC
I have always enjoyed working with people. God called me to the ministry field in 2004. I served in many capacities in the local church. Through the years I have had the privilege of walking with people from various cultural, educational and socioeconomic backgrounds.
I attended St. Louis Christian College where I received my Bachelors in Biblical Studies. I am a graduate of Covenant Seminary, with a Master of Arts in Counseling. When I decided to get my graduate degree, I knew that I would be in counseling. I feel this was God ordained as He continues to prepare me for His service.
I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment in which clients feel understood and cared for as we journey together through life’s difficulties. My purpose is to help my clients find healing while identifying personal strengths in order to live their best life. My approach to counseling is relationship based and tailored to who you are as a person.
Counseling is a tool God can use to encourage, uplift and heal. I desire to see God work in the lives of those I counsel as I see them breaking down walls and barriers in their lives.
I have been married to my wife for 13 years and we have a 9yr old son. The most important areas in my life are my love for God, family and helping others along the way. As a counselor, I love working with others and rejoice as they transition from break downs to break throughs.
